The reason we develop this resin is because our client, a Big LCD Printer Manufacturer owner asked us to develop it.
His customer always ask: You printer is great,but why my big models always drop to resin vat in middle way? this is unacceptable ,once happen, will cause us waste a lot of time and resin, and delay our work! some times resin spurting to the machine, it’s very hard to clean, and cause damage to the machine ,add a lot of work to us,can you do something?
After many tests, he found that is the resin problem,current normal resin don’t enough adherence to bare a heavy model in a long time printing,so he asked us to develop this special resin.
This Big MONO special resin solved the middle dropping problem very well and don’t need to add extra exposure time.so won’t sacrifice the printing speed, it’s best match for Big Mono Screen LCD 3D Printer
